Do you accept returns?
Yes! Returns are easy and convenient. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. You can return your product for a different product, or a full refund to the original payment method.
Note: Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. They must be unworn and unwashed.
How can I return an item?
- Visit our returns center at https://multithreaded.returnscenter.com/.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- If you chose to send your return with a pre-paid label, print it out and mail back the original item.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Nope! As long as you select the pre-paid Return Label in the returns center, there is no cost to you.
How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are typically processed within 30 days of when you drop the package in the mail. You will be refunded once the return package has been received and processed by our warehouse.
I received an incorrect, incomplete or damaged order. What do I do?
You can contact our team by sending an email to orders@shopmultithreaded.com with the order number and the missing, incorrect or damaged item’s name. We’ll be more than happy to help!
In the case of damaged items, please include any photos to help explain what the issue is.
